Rules

How the board works

• You burn BURNBOARD tokens from your wallet. The burned amount is added to your balance on this site, and you take cells with that balance.
• Prices are set in dollars and paid in tokens. At the moment of a take the dollar price is converted at the lower of the current token price and its one-hour average, so a short pump never makes cells cheap.
• Every empty cell shows its starting price. Taking a cell from someone costs 1.5× what they paid for it.
• A cell nobody takes gets cheaper: its takeover price halves every day, down to the starting price.
• A cell you just took is protected for 10 minutes.

Burns are final

• A burn destroys the tokens on Solana. Nobody, including us, can undo it.
• Your balance cannot be withdrawn, turned back into tokens or moved to another wallet.
• If someone takes the cell between your burn and your take, what you burned stays on your balance for the next one.
• Hidden or taken-down content does not give burned tokens back.

Your banner

A cell is a square image with a title of up to 30 characters, one https link and, if you like, a token contract address. They show until someone takes the cell. To change them, take your cell again.

What a banner may not be

• Sexual content, anything sexual involving minors, or gore.
• A scam, phishing page or wallet drainer, or a link to one.
• A link shortener or redirect that hides where it leads.
• Illegal content, or a brand, trademark or person you have no right to use.

Memes, jokes and ads for any token are fine.

How it is enforced

• Every image is checked automatically when you pick it, before anything is burned. A refused image costs you nothing.
• Every link is checked before the burn against the MetaMask, ScamSniffer and Phantom phishing lists and Google Web Risk. Links on the board are checked again as the lists update; a match hides the banner.
• Wallets that have burned tokens can report a banner as a scam. Enough reports hide its image, title, link and address. The owner keeps the cell and its price; a new owner clears the reports.
• In extreme cases we take a banner down by hand. The owner keeps the cell and its price.

If a banner uses your brand, trademark or likeness without your permission, write to @burnboardfun on X with a link to the cell and we will take it down.

The token is not an investment

BURNBOARD is the board’s currency: you burn it to get a place. There is no promise of any price, return or reward, and no reason to buy it other than to put up a banner.

Links on banners

Banners link to sites we do not run. A link opens behind a warning that shows its real domain; check it before you connect a wallet anywhere. We never ask you to sign anything except the sign-in message and the burn itself.
